Nestlé Nigeria has collaborated with Lagos Business School (LBS) to run a Sales Academy to train and equip its employees.
Chandana Fernando, Nestlé Nigeria Commercial Manager, said, “The Sales Academy is a 3-step accelerated sales development program designed to provide participants with the support, training, skills, and resources they need to excel in their fields and win in the market. The first phase is the ‘Sales College’, which addresses the fundamentals of business. The second is the ‘Aspiring for Sales Leadership diploma’, which strengthens leadership skills. The third level is “Sales Strategy”, intended for all sales leaders. ”
