Adetola Nola is a well-known real estate entrepreneur who is spearheading the rise of a new breed of real estate professionals, including advisers, developers, and customers.

He provides to the industry a wealth of expert knowledge and hands-on secured information and opportunities across many segments of real estate, with over ten years of experience in real estate marketing, investment, and blogging.

He has built credible relationships both in Nigeria and the diaspora with the provision of real estate solutions cutting across property sales, real estate advisory services, land acquisition, and property development. 

Nola has built a sales record of over N2 billion in three years as the visionary leader of Veritasi Homes and Properties, one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing real estate firms.

Adetola Nola cut his teeth in other sectors such as the oil and gas industry, the fashion industry with a focus on luxury fashion and consequently playing as a co-owner of a growing fashion label, and the engineering and construction space before venturing into real estate as an employee to learn the art and onwards to the entrepreneur stage.

Adetola Nola has held positions of leadership in organizations such as AIESEC and others.

Adetola, a Chemical Engineering graduate of the famed Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife, is dedicated to providing real estate consumers with solutions that provide them with a long-term experience.

The early days

Adetola Nola, the Founder and CEO of Veritasi Homes Limited, was born in the Ibadan suburb of Molete in November 1990.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from the reputed Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife.

He began his career as a real estate consultant at Grenadine Homes and as an intern at Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.

Adetola developed and co-founded five other companies before Veritasi, including Noah & Nola Incorporated, Pineapples Luxury Retail Store, and Couture 89. 

He is also the Founder/Chief Strategy Officer of Nola Travels, in addition to Veritasi. In addition, he owns a majority stake in Eystone Development.

Veritasi homes and real estate

Adetola founded Veritasi Homes in 2017, and he also owns businesses in the travel industry, fashion, and agriculture.

He’s lectured at a number of local and international conferences, including the University of Mazda in Abu Dhabi and the London Property Investment & Homebuyers Show.

Adetola remains committed to offering long-term solutions to real estate buyers and sellers.

Veritasi Homes and Properties Limited is a real estate development, marketing, and land acquisition pioneer in Nigeria. Star City Estate, which is being promoted by over 1000 real estate experts, is now sold out.

His personal life 

Nola is the sort who believes in hard effort rather than luck, as he has worked his entire life while being only 31 years old, with Veritasi being his eighth company. According to Nola, 

‘’If I stop working now, I would still be fine, even for the next 70 years, because I have been working for the past 15 years, it has become a part of me to work. If peradventure I stop working, I would just need to liquidate some of my assets and move to England and I would be very fine’’.

He is a highly motivated and imaginative entrepreneur with a positive attitude and extensive experience in redefining success in the Nigerian business world. His goal is to raise 200 successful African entrepreneurs by 2025, who would then create jobs.

When asked when he plans to marry, Nola says he is more interested in having a child than in having a wife.

‘’I want to have a baby more than I want to get married. I missed the person I was supposed to get married to because I was solely focused on making money so I missed her. I have a girlfriend, she is not in Nigeria, she is in the UK and she is a banker over there. I really would love to get married one day, at the moment I have two adopted kids, you wouldn’t know they are not mine’’.

Recognitions 

He was awarded Forbes Africa’s Forbes 30 Under 30 Business Category. He was named Young Real Estate CEO Speaker from the Property Investment Show in London, and NNPC’s Best Intern in Operations.
