Asian Giant, Vertex NEXT to Connect Nigeria’s Power and Water Utility Sectors

The shortage of essential utilities, particularly power and water supply in Nigeria and other African countries has been cited as a major stumbling block to growth. With a population of over 200 million people, Nigeria’s power supply is still less than 5,000 megawatts (MW), which is insufficient for continuous delivery to users, including households and businesses. In addition, due to a lack of investment and availability, the country has failed to meet its household water needs.

However, in June of this year, Vertex NEXT (a subsidiary of Vertex Group) and Asia’s greatest brand will conclude plans to set the agenda on critical issues through a strategically planned event – the Power and Water Exhibition & Conference at Landmark Centre, Lagos, on June 21 – 23, 2022.

Power and Water Nigeria Exhibition and Conference will be the region’s first of its kind, linking utility sectors from across the world. The event aims to maximize the potential of the country’s digital economy by bringing together the power and water ecosystems under one roof for an innovative showcase, deeper engagement, and open discussions in live demonstrations and offers global stakeholders to access and engage in technical discussion to do on the spot assessment of region’s opportunities in power generation, distribution, renewables, and water & utilities sectors.

The three-day exhibition and conference will provide an excellent opportunity to network with Energy Leaders, Distribution Company Heads, Construction, Developers, Engineers, Consultants, Quality Manufacturers, and Distributors, as well as to be inspired by keynote sessions from industry leaders such as Ibadan Electric, Kaduna Electric, Eaton Schlumberger, SMA, and Chint Electric.

The event will provide an ideal opportunity for energy consultants, MEP consultants and contractors, EPC consultants and contractors, distributors and retailers to select the right product and services by viewing high-quality products such as testing and measurement equipment, solar solutions, UPS, transformers, cables, switchgears, lighting, and generators and deciding on the best solutions for their upcoming projects at the best prices directly from manufacturers.
