5 of the World’s Coolest Billionaires

Besides business, billionaires have a lifestyle that cuts across different activities. Their combined activities serve as identities that people, in turn, use to consider some of the world’s wealthiest personalities as the coolest billionaires. Apart from their business success, their popularity also comes from the contributions these individuals have made to the world.

An example is Bill and Melinda Gates and their foundation, the Bill and Melinda Foundation. Through the foundation, the couple donated $17 billion between 2000 to 2010.

There is also the Giving Pledge, which consists of billionaires in the world giving to the cause of solving the world’s problems. In America, collectively, the billionaires have donated $149 billion.

North America has the highest number of billionaires (1,035) in the world, but some of the world’s coolest billionaires also reside in other countries. Let’s consider some.

Strategically, he dominates all the sectors he ventures into and surrounds himself with the right people. He is one of the most influential businessmen in politics.

He believes it is beneficial for his business when he relates with the Nigerian government as they are in charge of making the economic policies. Separating himself from government activities might result in policies that would affect his business and make him a poor man.

This method has seen his business grow. Out of his wealth, he also gives back to the people through his foundation. This makes the Aliko Dangote foundation one of the biggest in Africa, with a single African donor and an endowment fund of $1.25 billion.

Though he gives to the people, the wealthiest man also knows how to spend on luxury. He is always seen in a neatly tailored suit at business events, and his traditional wear is always bespoke.

He owns a fleet of cars such as Mercedes-Benz CL65 AMG, Bentley Mulsanne, Maybach 57S Knight Luxury, and Bugatti Veyron. His house, jets and yacht are also worth millions of dollars.

Despite his low-profile lifestyle, he is a man of taste with houses scattered across Nigeria with plush cars. One of his houses is located in one of the most expensive areas of Lagos — Banana Island. The house was constructed by Julius Berger and was worth N8 billion.

Adenuga’s garage is home to different cars such as the Armored Bentley Mulsanne, a limited brand worth N110.5 million, Mercedes-Maybach S-Class (N72.1 million), Mercedes Benz AMG C63 (N24.3 million) and Rolls-Royce Phantom (N151.6 million).
