Hon Abiodun James Faleke
Hon Abiodun James Faleke, a former gubernatorial aspirant for Kogi State has been described by Jagaban as a dependable ally. Faleke, who represents Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives has over the years remained a loyalist of Tinubu. Although he has been quiet about his close relationship with Jagaban, Faleke stands right behind Tinubu every time. He recently carved a path for himself by becoming the All Progressive Presidential Campaign Council Secretary. Faleke has also facilitated remarkable projects in his constituency. These projects have also contributed to the accolades given to Tinubu, as the godfather of the state.
Tinubu’s son, Seyi has on numerous occasions declared his support for his father. While some people may think it’s normal for sons to support their fathers, history has records of sons who were antagonistic to their fathers’ ambitions. Seyi plays the role of an intermediary between his father and Nigerian youths. He is also the big name that anyone who intends to campaign for Tinubu has to go through. The CEO of Loatsad Promomedia Ltd, controls campaign advertisements and actively participates in political rallies. Babatunde Raji Fashola
Fashola began his political career as chief of Staff to Tinubu when he was Governor of Lagos state. He has been described as one of the favored godsons of Jagaban. The minister of works and housing leads a separate directorate in the Tinubu-Shettima Independent Campaign Council (ICC). The ICC was established to support the efforts of the Presidential Campaign Council. Fashola had earlier said he is contributing his quota so that the presidential ambition of Jagaban sees the light of day. The former governor of Lagos State also warned the opposition against underestimating the intelligence and capacity of Tinubu. His loyalty to Tinubu transcends different administrations.
Known as Tinubu’s protege, the Governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwolu has been loud about his support for Tinubu. Reports reveal that he served as the Special Advisor on corporate matters to the deputy governor, Femi Pedro, when the APC Flagbearer was governor. He has been in Tinubu’s caucus for years as he grew from being a special advisor to the governor of a state. Sanwolu’s loyalty to Tinubu was also demonstrated in his reaction to the #EndSARS protest movement of 2020. Recently, he has also been at the forefront of Jagaban’s campaign, describing him as the most qualified candidate for president in 2023.
Comrade Adams Oshiomhole
Oshiomhole, a former governor of Edo state is one of Tinubu’s loyalists. The former national APC chairman worked closely with Tinubu during the 2015 and 2019 elections to ensure that the party wins. He has been very active in Tinubu’s 2023 presidential campaigns. The APC chieftain is working closely with other team members to ensure Jagaban’s dream be a reality.
