Unveiled by the former governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode, Eko Pearl Towers is a luxurious residential skyscraper located in the prestigious Eko Atlantic City. The building is made up of five towers, each standing 24 floors tall, and contains a total of 480 residential units. These five towers are named after impressive pearls: Aqua, Indigo, Champagne, White, and Black Pearls

Facilities at Eko Pearl Towers include a swimming pool, a fitness center, two tennis courts, a squash court, a children’s playground, landscaped paths and sitting areas, an open-air bar, a well-equipped gym, and a 24-hour concierge service. The building is estimated to be worth over $150 million. It is privately owned and developed by the Eko Pearl Construction Company. The building is a turn-on for foreign investors and creates employment opportunities for Nigeria.
Lagos Oriental Hotel
Lagos Oriental Hotel is a five-star hotel located in the affluent Victoria Island neighbourhood. The hotel features 84 luxury suites, as well as several high-end restaurants, bars, and lounges. The functional waterfront hotel with Asian furnishing boast of over 170 rooms, which offer enchanting views of the Lagos Lagoon and occupies a 4,734 square metre land area. Reports say that the WEMCO group owns 99 per cent of the shares of the hotels.

Kings Tower is a mixed-use development located on the corner of Glover Road and Alfred Rewane Road (formerly Kingsway Road). The building was completed in the first quarter of 2019. The developer of the project is Sky View Towers Limited.
The building features luxury apartments, twelve floors of office space, and high-end retail stores. It sits on 14,827 SQM and has been described as a striking office building in a busy commercial area. Other features at Kingsway Tower include parking for 343 cars, two rental units based on the ground floor of the building, and spanning across two levels are available as a restaurant and cafe with a terrace. It was completed in 2019.

Nestoil Tower is a 15-story office building located on Victoria Island. It is situated between two major business districts (Akin Adesola Street and Saka Tinubu Street).
