Bishop Oyedepo’s Son Isaac Leaves Living Faith to Establish His Own Church

Pastor Isaac Oyedepo, the second son of Bishop David Oyedepo, has departed from his father’s church, Living Faith Church, also known as Winners Chapel. He has chosen to embark on his own ministerial path, moving away from Oyedepo’s Living Faith Church Worldwide. Church Gist, a platform managed by Pastor Leke Beecroft, a pastoral assistant at the church’s headquarters in Ota, brought this news to light.

Recently appointed as the Global Youth Pastor of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Isaac has chosen to resign and establish his own ministry. Notably, he previously served as a pastor for the Living Faith Church in the United States. However, Bishop Oyedepo had called him back to minister in the Nigerian church.

In a recent interview, he said, “My God-given mandate is to reclaim a generation and to ensure this generation sees the fire of God’s revival in our generation.”

How Isaac started out

In May 2007, Isaac was ordained as a pastor for the Living Faith Church by the American evangelist, Kenneth Copeland. He has served as a pastor at Winners Chapel International in locations such as South Africa, Maryland (USA), and Lokogoma (Abuja) before his reassignment to the Ota, Ogun State headquarters. He and his older brother, David Jr., received their pastoral ordination from Kenneth Copeland that same year.

What you should know about Bishop Oyedepo’s son

Isaac is the second son of Bishop Oyedepo. He earned his degree from Oral Roberts University and, since October 2018, has been the resident pastor of the Living Faith Church International in Maryland, USA. Isaac is wedded to Ayomitide Oyedepo, and the couple is blessed with four children, further enriching the Oyedepo’s lineage.

As of the time of writing this, the Living Faith Church has yet to announce the resignation of Oyedepo’s son. It is expected that it will be done soon.
