Pelumi Nubi, a notable Nigerian creator of travel content, has taken the world by storm with her captivating adventures and endless curiosity.

The Vice-Chancellor, University of Lagos, Akoka, Prof. Folasade Ogunsola, on Sunday, received the London-Lagos solo driver, Pelumi Nubi, on the campus on Sunday.

28-year-old Nubi’s father, Timothy Nubi, is a Professor in the Department of Estate Management, UNILAG; and the Founder/National Coordinator, Ideal Habitat Initiative.

Ogunsola described Nubi’s feat as the resilience of an average Nigerian.

Pelumi Nubi’s most recent adventure, a road trip from London to Lagos, was inspired by Nigerian biker Kunle Adeyanju’s similar journey for a polio campaign.

Reflecting on Adeyanju’s achievement, Pelumi shared, “He did it by bike two years ago. I was on the phone with him and mentioned how cool it was.”
