3 Clubs Osimhen Could Join If He Leaves Galatasaray

Victor Osimhen has been a key player for Galatasaray this season, but his future remains uncertain. The Nigerian striker, currently on loan from Napoli, has been performing well, scoring goals, and capturing the hearts of Turkish fans.

However, his contract with the Super Lig giants includes a break clause, allowing him to leave as early as January if the right offer comes along. Recently, Turkish football analyst Serhat Ulueren named three clubs that could tempt Osimhen to leave Galatasaray before the season ends.

While Osimhen has turned down one big offer already, Ulueren believes that certain top clubs could still convince him to make the move. Here’s a closer look at those clubs and why they could be interested in signing the 26-year-old striker.

Manchester United

Manchester United has been struggling to find a reliable striker, and Osimhen’s performances in Turkey haven’t gone unnoticed. The Red Devils reportedly made an offer for the Nigerian forward in January, but Osimhen decided to stay at Galatasaray, explaining that he plans to finish the season in Turkey.

His decision to reject this offer surprised many, as United could offer a chance to play in the Premier League, which is one of the most competitive leagues in the world.

Ulueren suggests that Manchester United’s offer was significant, but Osimhen seems to have a deep connection with his current club and the fans.

Despite the chance to play in one of Europe’s top leagues, Osimhen might feel that finishing the season in Galatasaray, especially with the club potentially qualifying for the Champions League, is a good move for his career development.

Real Madrid

While Osimhen may have rejected Manchester United, Ulueren believes that an offer from Real Madrid could be impossible for Osimhen to resist. Real Madrid is known for signing some of the world’s best players, and their interest in Osimhen would be a massive opportunity for him.

Playing for a club like Madrid, with its rich history and consistent Champions League success, is a dream for many footballers.

Ulueren emphasizes that Real Madrid has the type of pull that could make any player reconsider their current situation. If Madrid makes a serious offer, Osimhen could decide it’s time to take the next step in his career. However, this is all speculation for now, as there have been no confirmed reports of a bid from the Spanish giants.

Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is another club that could make a move for Osimhen. The French side has the financial resources to sign top players, and with their goal of winning the Champions League, they could be looking for an elite striker like Osimhen. PSG has made big-name signings in the past, and Osimhen could fit right in, playing alongside stars like Kylian Mbappé.

For Osimhen, a move to PSG would offer the chance to play in one of Europe’s most exciting teams, with a shot at winning the Champions League. While PSG’s interest is only a possibility at the moment, Ulueren notes that this type of offer could be very appealing, especially if the French club is looking to strengthen their attack.

Staying at Galatasaray?

Despite the tempting offers from these top clubs, Ulueren believes that Osimhen’s current situation at Galatasaray is one of the best options for him. The Super Lig leaders are on track to qualify for the Champions League, and winning the league title would give Osimhen the opportunity to showcase his talents on Europe’s biggest stage.

Moreover, the relationship between Osimhen and Galatasaray’s fans has been strong from the start. The fans adore him, and he has earned their trust. Unlike at some bigger clubs where players face heavy criticism, Osimhen enjoys the support of the Galatasaray faithful, even if he misses a goal or two. This sense of belonging could be a key factor in his decision to stay in Turkey.
