Elon Musk Faces Allegations of Illegal Drug Use

Tesla and SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk, is under scrutiny as accusations of drug use, including ecstasy and cocaine, surface.

The Wall Street Journal reveals concerns among executives and board members about Musk’s behaviour, fearing its impact on his six businesses.

Executives close to Musk worry that his reported drug use might be contributing to his erratic conduct in recent years.

This has prompted concerns not only for his well-being but also for the potential consequences for his influential companies, such as Tesla, SpaceX and X (formerly Twitter).

Alex Spiro, an attorney for Musk, disputes these claims, stating that Musk undergoes regular and random drug tests at SpaceX and has never failed any.

While Elon Musk has openly discussed his use of marijuana and ketamine, witnesses suggest a broader range of substances, including LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, and psychedelic mushrooms.

These alleged activities reportedly occur at private gatherings worldwide, where guests are required to sign NDAs and surrender phones to prevent photo documentation.

Multiple reports outline Elon Musk’s drug use, including taking acid in 2018 and consuming magic mushrooms in 2019.

Additionally, in 2021, he allegedly used ketamine recreationally at a Miami house party with his brother.

Concerns heighten as individuals close to Musk express worry about potential health and business crises arising from the extent of his reported drug use.

Former Tesla director, Linda Johnson Rice reportedly chose not to seek re-election in 2019 due to her growing frustration with Musk’s behaviour and drug use.

As these allegations surface, Musk’s personal choices are raising questions about the impact on his professional responsibilities and the future of his innovative ventures.
