Her career, which commenced in 1992 at Guaranty Trust Bank, has been adorned with leadership positions, including a pivotal role as the CEO of JKG Limited, a business consulting firm. 

Agbede joined Access Bank Plc in 2003 and has since played a critical role in the company’s evolution, particularly in integrating business units and fostering a transformative company culture.

Agbede’s academic credentials, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University, complement her extensive professional experience. 

Her membership in prestigious institutions such as the Chartered Institute of Management, UK, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, further underscores her competence and readiness to steer Access Holdings Plc towards new horizons.
