Rather than relying solely on medical treatments, Ini has taken a more integrative approach, exploring remedies and lifestyle changes that can help shrink fibroids and alleviate symptoms. She’s shared her journey openly, providing a unique window into her routine, from diet tweaks to supplements and natural therapies. 

Her goal is to manage fibroids in a way that feels right for her body, and her insights have resonated with many women facing similar challenges. Here are the seven methods that have become central to Ini’s fibroid management journey, offering inspiration and practical tips for those looking for holistic ways to support their health.

Green Tea Capsules

One of the key items in Ini’s routine has been green tea extract capsules. The active compound in green tea, called Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. 

Some studies suggest that taking 800 mg of green tea extract daily could help reduce the size of fibroids, which Ini has tried incorporating into her own plan. The simplicity and accessibility of green tea extract make it an appealing option for women looking to manage fibroids naturally.

Vitamin D3 Supplement
