Masters of Industry (MOI) Awards is making a landmark return to African soil with a renewed mission to honour the bold minds shaping the continent’s business future.

The 2025 edition of the awards is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the prestigious Landmark Event Centre, Lagos. 

This black-tie event is expected to draw a high-powered audience of CEOs, founders, investors, policymakers, diplomats, and change agents from across Africa and the diaspora.

The MOI Awards was originally launched in Jacksonville, Florida, as a platform to celebrate native Africans and African-Americans who were driving socio-economic impact within the Black community in the U.S.

Now returning to its African roots, the event has evolved into a powerful Pan-African platform spotlighting excellence in sectors such as finance, tech, agriculture, real estate, energy, manufacturing, education, and public service.

The award brand is an offshoot of Business Elites Africa, and has evolved into a prestigious Pan-African celebration of excellence.
