Before her tenure at Samsung, Oge spent over seven years at Unilever, where she held multiple leadership roles, including West Africa Media Manager and Country Media Lead (Nigeria). In these positions, she managed end-to-end media operations across Nigeria, Ghana, and Francophone Africa, overseeing agency management, strategic media planning, and integrated brand experiences. Her efforts resulted in over €20 million in savings while significantly enhancing brand visibility and performance across multiple markets.

Oge’s strategic acumen and ability to optimize media effectiveness in challenging market environments made her a standout leader. She successfully drove digital and mobile advertising initiatives, secured impactful partnerships with media and entertainment platforms, and developed internal upskilling programs to elevate her teams.
