Pro-Tinubu Coalition to Unveil National Executives Ahead of 2027 Elections
A major pro-Tinubu political bloc is set to launch its national executive council as part of renewed mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 election cycle.
Partners Assured for Tinubu (PAT), a nationwide support organisation aligned with President Bola Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda,” will formally unveil its executive structure in Abuja on November 20.
PAT leaders say the event marks a significant expansion of their grassroots presence across the 36 states and the FCT. The group, led by Chairman Usman Hassan, claims more than two million registered supporters drawn from youth groups, labour unions, market associations, and professional communities.
According to Hassan, the inauguration is designed to “strengthen national coordination, deepen civic engagement, and counter misinformation” surrounding the administration’s reforms.
National Secretary Najeeb Babalikita said PAT’s mission is to serve as a bridge between the public and the government, particularly at a time of economic pressure and political polarisation.
He argued that many of Tinubu’s policies, including student loans under the NELFund scheme, the Conditional Cash Transfer programme reaching 71 million Nigerians, and the expansion of Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) support, have not been fully appreciated or communicated at the grassroots level.
The unveiling highlights the early emergence of political structures ahead of 2027,more than two years before official campaigns are permitted.
Analysts say it signals the administration’s intention to consolidate support in rural communities and among first-time voters, who will constitute a significant voting bloc in the next general election.
For political observers, PAT’s launch represents one of the earliest and most coordinated re-election support movements under the Tinubu presidency, illustrating how political mobilisation is shifting toward organised civil groups long before formal campaign season.
