What You Should Know About Mohbad

Mohbad was an adept rapper, singer, and songwriter who was considered an emerging luminary in the Nigerian music sphere, with a rapidly growing fan base.

His debut album, titled ‘Light EP,’ was released in the last quarter of 2020 and included his viral hit “Ponmo,” which featured Naira Marley and Lil Kesh.

Mohbad was notably recognised for his hit singles such as ‘Ponmo,’ ‘Feel Good,’ and ‘Ko Por Ke,’ the latter earning him three nominations at The Headies awards in 2022.
