A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Thursday returned a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by Adeniyi Adeyemi to its registry for reassignment. The court declined to proceed with the hearing of the suit after establishing that the 72-hour period required for the legal proceedings had already elapsed.
