Femi Otedola, the Chairman of First HoldCo Plc, has increased his investment in the financial services group through the acquisition of 138.04 million ordinary shares.
The additional investment is valued at N18.11 billion, according to a report by Nairametrics.
This latest purchase raises Otedola’s total ownership stake in the financial services group to 26.1%.
The move reinforces the billionaire businessman’s position as a dominant shareholder and leader within the organization.
