Governor Abba Yusuf Announces 24-Hour Curfew in Kano State
Governor Abba Yusuf has declared a 24-hour curfew across Kano State in response to the widespread looting and destruction of both public and private properties.
The decision comes in the wake of violent incidents, including killings and assaults perpetrated by thugs who infiltrated the #EndBadGovernance protests.
Governor Yusuf made the announcement during a press conference at the Government House in Kano on Thursday, August 1.
The curfew aims to restore order and ensure the safety of all citizens.
