How to Check Your 2024 WASSCE Results for Private Candidates
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) announced the release of the 2024 results for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for private candidates on Sunday. This update was shared by Moyosola Adesina, the Acting Head of Public Affairs.
Out of 65,023 candidates, 43,923 achieved credits and above in at least five subjects, marking a 67.55% success rate. Notably, 53.64% of candidates earned credits in five subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
Adesina highlighted the promising performance of this year’s candidates, noting a significant achievement in key subjects.
Steps to Check Your WASSCE Results Online:
Go to the WAEC results checker website at www.waecdirect.org.
Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number.
Input the four-digit Examination Year, such as 2024.
Select ‘Private Candidate Results’ for the Type of Examination.
Type in your e-PIN Voucher Number and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your e-PIN.
Click ‘Submit’ to view your results.
