Looking for a Remote Job in 2025? Here Are 20 Companies Hiring, with Salaries Over $100,000
Although remote jobs are becoming less common, there’s still a good chance to find work-from-home positions if you know where to look.
FlexJobs, a service for remote job seekers, recently shared its annual list of the top 100 companies hiring for remote jobs in 2025.
This list was made after reviewing job listings from about 60,000 companies throughout 2024.
The findings show a 20% increase in remote job listings last year, reaching levels similar to those in 2022. This growth comes at a time when remote work is generally decreasing.
LinkedIn data shows that by December 2024, only 8% of jobs were remote, down from 18% in early 2022, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
However, high-paying jobs are seeing more opportunities. Ladders, a site for jobs with six-figure salaries, reports that 10.4% of jobs paying $250,000 or more were advertised as remote in late 2024, up from 8.8% earlier in the year.
Some industries, like technology and finance, have cut back on remote work to stay competitive.
But other sectors are finding benefits in offering work, such as saving money on office space and hiring talent from different areas.
John Mullinix of Ladders points out that these industries appreciate the cost savings and the diverse workforce that remote hiring brings.
Top 20 companies hiring for remote jobs in 2025 include:
- Working Solutions
- LiveOps
- UnitedHealth Group
- Kelly
- TELUS
- Robert Half International
- Prime Therapeutics
- Transcom
- BCD Travel
- Amplify Education
- CVS Health
- Creative Financial Staffing (CFS)
- AECOM
- Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH)
- BELAY
- GovCIO
- Everlight Solar
- Thermo Fisher Scientific
- Veeva Systems
- Insight Global
These companies are from various fields such as technology, human resources, finance, and healthcare, showing that many sectors support work.
While some companies like Amazon and Boeing are bringing workers back to the office, others like Spotify and Allstate continue to support flexible work policies, seeing it as key to future success.
Toni Frana, a career expert at FlexJobs, believes that the way companies think about office and remote work will keep changing in 2025, possibly leading to more job openings.
This shift could offer new chances for people looking for work in a competitive market.
Frana notes, “Although there’s been a rise in job postings last year, these positions are still very much in demand by job seekers,” emphasizing the strong interest in jobs.
