Morrison Industries Plc Appoints Adesoji Akinola Oladejo as new Managing Director
On Thursday January 21st 2021, Morrison Industries Plc announced that its Board has named Mr Adesoji Akinola Oladejo as the new Managing Director. Oladejo’s appointment followed the resignation of Deji Mustapha who held the position in acting capacity before leaving in December 2020.
A press statement made available by the Lagos- based pharmaceutical company explained that the appointment of Adesoji Akinola Oladejo took effect on January 3rd. Prior to his appointment, he was a Business Process Consultant with Tillbridge Limited. He also previously worked with GlaxoSmitheKline Nigeria Plc, Bacom Communications Plc, and Silk Network Limited.
In total, Adesoji Akinola Oladejo has over 25 years cognate professional experience spanning different sectors and areas of specialisation such as business consulting, FMCG, project management, quality assurance and control, sales and marketing, general management, etc.
In the course of his 25-year career, Adesoji Akinola Oladejo has come to be known for his “track record of consistently achieving visible (measurable) improvement in work performance using training, simple-to-complex problem-solving tools and techniques, information technology, performance management systems, and reorganisation of work processes,” said a statement by Morrison Industries.
He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan, class of 1991. He bagged a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology. He also bagged an MBA degree from the University of Lagos in 1998. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.
