‘She’ll Destroy You,’ 2Face’s Brother Warns Him About Natasha

Legendary Nigerian musician Innocent ‘2baba’ Idibia has found himself at the centre of family drama again following his bold declaration that men are naturally polygamous.

The singer had released a video, retracting the statement and apologising to his new lover, Natasha Osawaru, a move many, including 2baba’s brother, Charles Idibia, described as a result of pressure and coercion from Natasha.

A Brother’s Concern

In an Instagram post, Charles began his message by praising the singer’s character, calling him “the modern-day Jesus” and highlighting the sacrifices he’s made in his life and career. But his tone shifted as he described alarming, manipulative behaviour from 2Baba’s partner. He accused Natasha of:

  • Breaking into his phone to announce his divorce
  • Deleting and reposting photos from his social media without consent
  • Cloning his WhatsApp and impersonating him
  • Convincing him to move from Lagos to Abuja to isolate him
  • Sabotaging his career and personal relationships

Charles accused Natasha of being “a control freak” and even called her “a cancerous leech,” claiming she hijacked 2Baba’s identity online and drained his resources. He warned the singer that if unchecked, “she will destroy your legacy.”

He urged 2Baba to step away from the public eye and social media for healing, reflection, and reconnection with his authentic self and his kids. The emotional plea has ignited a wave of concern among fans.

Public Reaction

Social media users have rallied in support of the initiative. One Reddit commenter shared:

“This is really sad… I pray he comes out of this bondage!”

Celebrities like comedian Ushbebe also weighed in, calling for prayers and urging 2Baba to “emancipate yourself” from what he called a demeaning relationship dynamic.
