Additionally, Sharif Ali Sharif, the executive director of the Zanzibar Investment Authority (ZIPA), announced the plans for the seven-star hotel at a recent ceremony.

Sharif further announced significant developments beyond the hotel, including a 2500-capacity convention center in the Fumba Free Economic Zone and new stadium constructions.

Moreover, over the past three years, the Zanzibar Investment Authority (ZIPA) has played a crucial role in creating 17,000 jobs and overseeing 296 projects worth $4.5 billion.
