Shareholders of Fidson Healthcare Plc, Nigeria’s largest pharmaceutical company, have approved a dividend payment totaling ₦3.6 billion.
The decision was reached during the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held virtually on Thursday, 30 July 2026.
Details of the payout
The approved dividend is set at ₦1.50 per 50 kobo ordinary share. This financial distribution follows a year in which the company reported achieving several key milestones in its operations.

Alongside the dividend approval, Fidson Healthcare reaffirmed its long-term strategic path to become the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in Africa.
