Usman Musa, a social media influencer popularly known as Majidadin Yan Tik Tok, has been sentenced to 13 months in prison by a Kano magistrate court. The sentencing follows his conviction for offences including making obscene remarks and causing a public nuisance.
The court, sitting at Gyadi-Gyadi in the Kumbotso Local Government Area, delivered the judgment after the accused pleaded guilty to the charges. The proceedings were presided over by Magistrate Hadiza Muhammad Hassan.
