Lateef Adedimeji and wife welcome triplet boys
Popular Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has announced the birth of his triplet sons with his wife, actress Adebimpe Oyebade, known as Mo Bimpe.
The actor shared the news on Instagram on Friday, posting a heartfelt message that hinted at why he had been out of the spotlight.
“I’ve been quiet… not absent. I was building, protecting, and embracing the greatest blessing of my life,” he wrote. “God gave me more than I prayed for, a woman who became a mother of three, and three kings to call my own.”

He ended the message with “Alhamdulilah,” expressing gratitude, but did not reveal the babies’ names or exact birth date.
The announcement quickly drew reactions across the industry. Actress Mercy Aigbe kept it simple: “To God be the glory. Congratulations.” Others, including Omowumi Dada, described it as a perfect way to start May, while fans flooded the comments with prayers and well wishes.
Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe, both key faces in the Yoruba film scene, married in 2021. This marks their first public announcement of children, And it comes in threes.
